Return Policy

Refund & Exchange Policy

At Bucket Culture, we’re committed to ensuring you love every piece you order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our policy below before submitting a return or exchange request.


1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, please report it within 5 days of delivery.

To process your report, please include:

  • Clear images showing the damage

  • A photo of the SKU sticker on the polybag packaging

Once approved, we will replace the item with the same size and color as the original order.
Reports made after 5 days or without required photos will still be reviewed, but may not be eligible for replacement.


2. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Customers may choose between an exchange or store credit for eligible returns.

All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery via our contact form or by emailing us directly at support@bucketculture.com.
Please include your order number when contacting us.

Returned items must be:

  • In new condition — unworn, unwashed, and free from stains or signs of use

  • Securely packaged to prevent damage during transit

Include either the original packing slip or a written note with your email address and order number so we can process your return as quickly as possible.


3. Exchange Rules

Exchanges are limited to the same product or a product of equal price.
You may select a different size, color, or design of the same value.

If you would like a different item or you’re not ready to decide, please select “Return for Store Credit” and repurchase once your store credit has been issued.


4. Refund Methods

Exchanges:
If you select an exchange, your replacement order will automatically be processed for shipment once your return package has been received and inspected by our warehouse.

Store Credit:
If you choose store credit, it will be issued within 1 week of your return being received and inspected.
Store credits are provided in the form of a Bucket Culture e-gift card, which never expires.

If there is any issue with your return upon arrival (e.g., signs of wear or missing information), our team will reach out to you directly via support@bucketculture.com.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final Sale items

  • Gift Cards

  • Mystery box items - valid for item(s) exchanges or store credit only if entire bundle is returned.
